Missing or damaged manual

Every set includes step-by-step instructions, printed or digital. If your manual is missing, damaged or unreadable, email hello@buildmoc.co.uk with your order number and set name, and we will send a digital copy — usually the same working day.

Stuck on a step?

It happens to all of us. A few things that solve most problems:

• Check the piece count for the stage. Numbered bags match instruction stages — make sure you are working from the right bag.
• Look two steps ahead. Some sub-assemblies only make sense once you see where they attach.
• Check similar pieces. 1×2 plates and 1×2 tiles look alike in diagrams; compare stud counts carefully.
• Colour confusion. Dark grey and black can be hard to tell apart in print — check pieces under bright light.

Care and display tips

• Dust finished models with a soft dry brush or cool hairdryer on low.
• Keep models out of direct sunlight to prevent colour fading.
• For large models like the Titanic, build on a flat board so the finished model can be moved safely.
