Each kit arrives as pre-cut wood, tiny furniture, printed papers and a warm LED light, and becomes, over a few unhurried hours, a place you can look into every evening: a bookshop after closing, a cottage with a lamp in the window, a library that seems to go on further than it should.

What is a book nook? A small, lit scene about the size of a hardback, made to stand upright between your books. Ours run from 142-piece beginner kits you can finish in an evening to 888-piece, three-storey builds for a long weekend. Two free-standing room boxes, Five Arches Library and Terracotta & Ivy Greenhouse, sit here too; each is labelled as a room box. Every product page lists pieces, build time, difficulty and finished size.

We test-build every kit before we list it. UK delivery by Royal Mail Tracked 24 is free on orders of £25 or more (£2.99 under £25), and in-stock orders placed before 3pm on a working day, Monday to Friday, leave the same day. Kits marked Pre-order are on their way to us: order now and we'll send yours as soon as the stock arrives, with the expected dispatch month shown on each kit's page. If a kit's pre-orders are full, tap Notify me and we'll email you when you can order it.
