Missing or Damaged Pieces

A missing or damaged piece is annoying — but it is never the end of your build. Send us the details below and we will get you building again. You never need to return the set.

What we need from you

Email hello@buildmoc.co.uk with the subject “Missing piece request” and include:

Order number From your confirmation email
Product name or set number As shown on the box or listing
Manual step number The step where the piece is needed
Piece number, colour and quantity Piece numbers are printed in the manual's parts list
Photo of the instruction step A phone photo of the manual page is perfect
Delivery address confirmation So replacements go to the right place

What happens next

We reply within one working day with a resolution:

  • Replacement pieces — sent from our UK stock where we hold them.
  • Supplier dispatch — where pieces come directly from the manufacturer, they typically arrive within 5–7 working days.
  • Another resolution — if pieces cannot be sourced, we will offer a partial refund, replacement set or full refund instead.

Replacement pieces are always free — including postage.

Damaged manuals or boxes

Missing or damaged instruction manual? We will email you a digital copy. Damaged outer box on a gift? Contact us and we will do what we can to put it right.

Prefer the contact form? Use Contact Us, choose “Missing or damaged pieces” as your reason, and pop the details above in the message — we will ask for the photo by reply.
