Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to orders placed on buildmoc.co.uk, operated by BuildMOC, a trading name of Bored Group (“we”, “us”), 85 Great Portland Street, London W1W 7LT, United Kingdom. Email: hello@buildmoc.co.uk. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Products

We sell independent, unbranded building-block sets, book nooks and DIY kits produced by specialist manufacturers — original products in their own right, made from high-quality ABS bricks with full instructions. We are not affiliated with the LEGO Group — see our Brand Disclaimer. Product images are illustrative; minor cosmetic variations between production runs can occur. Piece counts are as stated in each listing.

2. Orders and contract

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email confirmation that your order has been dispatched. We may decline or cancel orders where stock or pricing errors occur; you will be refunded in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's secure payment providers. UK delivery is free.

4. Delivery

As set out in our Delivery Information page: same-day dispatch on orders before 2pm Monday–Saturday, tracked delivery typically within 1–2 working days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed times. Risk passes to you on delivery.

5. Cancellation, returns and refunds

You have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of delivery. In addition, we offer a voluntary 28-day change-of-mind period — conditions and process are in our Returns and Refunds policy. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are always our responsibility under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

6. Age suitability

Most sets are adult builds rated 14+ and contain small parts unsuitable for children under 3. Age ratings are stated on each product page.

7. Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

8. Your information

We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

9. General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in force. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Nothing affects your statutory rights.
