Delivery Information
Dispatch
We dispatch from our UK warehouse Monday to Saturday. Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same day; orders after 2pm, or on Sundays and bank holidays, are dispatched the next working day.
Delivery times and couriers
UK orders are sent with tracked courier services — typically DPD or Royal Mail Tracked, depending on parcel size — and usually arrive within 1–2 working days of dispatch. Larger sets may travel as multi-parcel shipments.
Tracking
Every order is tracked. You will receive your tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is scanned by the courier. If your tracking email has not arrived, check your junk folder first, then contact us.

Delayed or lost parcels
If your tracking has not updated for 3 working days, or your parcel has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, contact us with your order number. We will chase the courier for you — you never need to deal with them directly. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
