Dispatch

We dispatch from our warehouse in the South West of England, Monday to Friday. In-stock orders placed before 3pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3pm, at the weekend or on a bank holiday are dispatched the next working day.

Pre-order kits are dispatched as soon as they arrive at our warehouse; the expected dispatch month is shown on each product page. If your basket has in-stock and pre-order kits, you choose in your basket whether we send the in-stock kits straight away and the pre-order when it arrives, or hold everything and send it together. You only pay for delivery once.

Delivery times

Every UK order is sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24. Royal Mail aims to deliver these parcels the next day after dispatch, Monday to Saturday. That's a target rather than a guarantee: at busy times, or for some remote addresses such as parts of the Scottish Highlands and islands, it can take a little longer. Orders to Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man go by the same service at UK prices, and can take a day or two longer. Kits are packed in their retail box inside an outer carton with protective padding.

Delivery prices

The delivery charge for your order is shown at checkout before you pay. Charges outside the UK are converted to your local currency at checkout.

Delivering across Europe

We deliver to Ireland, all 27 EU countries and the rest of Europe from our UK warehouse. Standard orders go by Royal Mail International Tracked, which aims to deliver within 3–5 working days of dispatch in the EU (3–4 to Ireland, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria and Luxembourg) and 5–7 working days to the rest of Europe. Need it sooner? Choose the express courier option at checkout, sent by DPD or UPS, which aims for 1–2 working days to Ireland, 2–4 working days elsewhere in the EU and 3–5 working days to the rest of Europe.

Ireland and the EU: nothing to pay on delivery. Prices shown to customers in Ireland and the EU include your local VAT and EU import duty, and we send every parcel duties-paid. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay: no customs bills, no carrier handling fees at the door.

Outside the EU (for example Norway, Switzerland, Jersey and Guernsey), your country may charge import VAT, duty or a carrier handling fee before the parcel is delivered. Where duties can be worked out in advance, they're added at checkout so you pay them up front and nothing more is due at the door.

Tracking

Every order is tracked. We email your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. If you can't see it, check your junk folder first, then see Track Your Order.
