Refund Policy

60-day returns on unopened kits, parts replaced free, and faulty items always our responsibility.

• You can cancel any order within 14 days of the day after delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. We refund the price and the standard delivery charge; you pay the cost of returning the kit.
• On top of that, you can return any unopened kit within 60 days of delivery for a refund of the price you paid. The box or component bags must still be sealed and the kit complete.
• You pay return postage for change-of-mind returns; we pay it for faulty, damaged or incorrect items wherever you are.
• Opened or started kits keep the 14-day legal right to cancel, but we may make a deduction if the kit has been handled more than was needed to inspect it.
• Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply, including a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
• Parts replaced free: missing, faulty, incorrect or delivery-damaged parts, and pieces broken during your first build, are replaced free with postage included and no time limit, subject to availability. You don't need to return the kit. Accidental damage after your build is finished isn't covered, but we'll supply parts at cost where we can. See Missing or Damaged Parts.
• Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before they're dispatched.
• Refunds reach your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return, usually within 2–3 working days.
