Refund Policy

We offer a voluntary 28-day change-of-mind period on all sets, running from the day your order is delivered. This sits alongside your statutory rights, which are unaffected.

• Sets must be unused and unbuilt, with internal piece bags unopened, in original packaging.
• You cover return postage for change-of-mind returns; we cover it for faulty, damaged or incorrect items.
• Refunds reach your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return — usually 2–3 working days.
• Missing pieces are replaced free without returning the set — see Missing or Damaged Pieces.
