Delivery Policy

• UK delivery: free on orders of £25 or more; £2.99 on orders under £25. Every UK order is sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24, which aims to deliver the next day after dispatch (Monday to Saturday). Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and some remote addresses can take a little longer. Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man pay UK prices.
• Europe: we deliver to Ireland, all 27 EU countries and the rest of Europe (Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Andorra, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican City, Gibraltar, the Faroe Islands, Åland and Moldova). Standard tracked delivery is by Royal Mail International Tracked and aims to arrive within 3–5 working days of dispatch in the EU and 5–7 working days elsewhere: Ireland £6.95; Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria and Denmark £7.95; all other EU countries £10.95; the rest of Europe £12.95. Standard delivery is free on orders of £100 or more. Express courier delivery (DPD or UPS, 1–5 working days depending on the country) is available from £16.95. Charges are shown in your local currency at checkout before you pay.
• EU VAT and import duty: prices shown to customers in Ireland and the EU include local VAT and EU import duty, and parcels are sent duties-paid, so there is nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives.
• Outside the EU: for the rest of Europe, Jersey and Guernsey, your country may charge import VAT, duty or a handling fee on delivery. Where duties can be worked out in advance, they're added at checkout instead.
• Dispatch: Monday to Friday, except bank holidays. In-stock orders placed before 3pm on a working day are dispatched the same day; later orders go out the next working day.
• Pre-orders: dispatched as soon as the kit arrives at our warehouse; the expected month is shown on the product page. If your basket mixes in-stock and pre-order kits, you choose in your basket whether we send them separately or together. You only pay for delivery once.
• Gift cards: sent by email, so there's no delivery charge.
• Tracking: emailed as soon as your order is dispatched.
• Other countries: we don't deliver outside Europe yet.
• Delayed or lost: we chase the carrier for you, and confirmed-lost parcels are replaced or refunded in full. Contact us if a UK parcel hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, or a parcel elsewhere in Europe within 10 working days.
