Shipping Policy

Free tracked delivery on every UK order.

Dispatch: UK warehouse, Monday to Saturday. Orders before 2pm dispatch the same day.
Delivery: typically 1–2 working days from dispatch, fully tracked (DPD or Royal Mail Tracked). Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland: allow 1–3 extra working days.
Tracking: emailed for every order.
International: not currently offered — contact us to enquire.
Delayed or lost: we chase the courier for you; confirmed-lost parcels are replaced or refunded in full.
